Microblading
Microblading is a permanent makeup technique where pigment is deposited into the skin of the brow area with a hand tool to mimic the look of individual hair strokes.
The microblading process provides partial to moderate coverage while giving the appearance of simulated hair. This procedure is best for normal to dry skin types, clients who have naturally fine and wispy brow hair, and smaller/less visible pores.
Microblading is a great option for clients who are looking for a light and airy yet full looking brow.

Ombré (Aka Powder Brow)
Ombré brows (aka Powder brows) are a PMU machine shaded technique which gives the brows a filled in/makeup type look.
Ombré brows are a great option for someone who appreciates the more defined and powdery look of eyebrow makeup, but does not want to do the work of filling them in everyday theirself. Ombré is also a better option for those with oily skin (versus Microblading) because you can expect better retention and longer lasting results. If you have oily skin, but prefer the look of Microblading,
I would suggest doing a Combo brow, which combines the hairstroking pattern of Microblading, and the powdery look of shading, while delivering the longest lasting results.

Combo Brows (Aka blade and shade)
Combo brows combine two PMU techniques: Microblading + Machine Ombre Shading OR Manual Shading with a hand tool.
This technique is perfect for clients who enjoy the look of natural hairstrokes, but also want their brows to look filled in with a little to a lot of makeup. This is a beautiful look for all skin types, and can be done very soft and natural or more defined and bold. This technique is my personal favorite, and is what I have on my brows!
This procedure takes a little more time, but you can expect the results to last much longer than just Microblading alone.

Nano Blading (aka machine stroke brows)
The nano brow technique mimics the look of individual hair strokes throughout the brow area. Nano brows are achieved using a permanent makeup machine.
One major difference between nano brows and microblading, is you can crisscross hair strokes using the nano brow technique which allows us to build more density throughout your brows.
This technique is the same look as microblading but suitable for all skin types *including mature skin*!

5-6 Week Touch Up - "Perfecting Session"
We will schedule your touch up 5-6 weeks after your initial session. The perfecting session is just as important as the initial session to ensure optimal and long lasting results from your PMU procedure.
During this session we will analyze how your skin healed, pigment retention, and where we may need to add or correct.
Only for clients with previous work done by Wakeup with Makeup. I do not “touch up” other artists' work. Any client coming to me from a different artist is considered a new client, with full prices.

1 year + Brow Touch Up
Previous work from another artist?
Previous work needs to be taken on a case by case basis. I require that anyone who has had their brows tattooed previously by another artist text me a picture before booking their appointment. This way we can discuss price, your options and schedule sufficient time.
Please text us a photo of your brows without any makeup on them. Correction, cover up, or even color lift may be necessary. Coverups may require a $50 consultation before their appointment.
I do not “touch up” other artists' work. Any client coming to me from a different artist is considered a new client, with full prices.
