PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
By booking an appointment you agree to our cancellation and no show policies.
DEPOSITS:
A credit card is required for all bookings. You MUST click the box to allow to keep your card on file for your appointment to be accepted.
Upon acceptance of your appointment, the card on file will be charged a deposit of $50 + 50% of the service fee to hold your spot + any credit card fees (up to 3%).
All deposits are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations are allowed up to 2 days before your scheduled appointment. No shows or cancellations made after this time will forfeit their deposit + 50% of the service fee that was charged at the time the appointment was made.
If a client no shows or cancels twice, they will be black listed.
If you are able to cancel with more than 2 days notice, the $50 deposit will be forfeited, and 50% service fee will be refunded.
RESCHEDULES:
Reschedules are allowed up to 2 days before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Only 1 reschedule is allowed.
Any subsequent reschedules are considered a new booking and a NEW deposit will be required to book. They will also be subject to any price increases.
